Fur Squares?
Where/how can i get some Fur Squares? I tried subbing Leather Squares thinknig maybe they messed up in name, but those didnt work.

Ascalon is 50+10vs physical but reduces physical damage which is worth about 1~2 points of damage off every attack. Ringmail is 50+20vs physical. A little known fact but apparently the armor reduction bonus from Ascalon doesn't stack with itself and works on all your armor no matter where you have an Ascalon set equiped. So, Ringmail is far better in terms of AL and you can just find a solitary fur patch and craft, say, the gloves or boots and get that reduction bonus without having to buy the whole set.
Unless of course you're going for looks, can't help you there. I haven't managed to salvage/buy any fur squares myself, I suspect they salvage from something the Charr drop although they must be very rare. That or they're from something further down the line.

The 2 i checked did not have it, they had leather squares, not fur.

you need the expert salvage kit & then salvage charr hides. you can get the expert kit at yaks bend

I'm pretty sure you can salvage fur squares from grawl shamans .. or am i completely wrong?
